Sue Read and John Beetham will be offering post-race rub downs to runners in the 2010 Borrowdale Fell Race. A small donation to a local charity will be a small price to pay to have a professional sports therapist rub away some of the aches and pains of the gruelling 18 miles.

Black Mountains Fell Race

Black Mountains 

The final round of the British Fell Running Championships is being held at the Black Mountains race in Llanbedr village, near Crickowell, Powys, South Wales and is on September 25th.

There is entry on the day if the limit is not reached but it is a long way to go to find out! 

Please let Paul Cornforth know as soon as you decide whther you are doing this one so we can arrange transport and/or accomodation.

Can you handle a big bike ride after the Borrowdale?

Billy and Anne Bland are organising a challenge for the day after the Borrowdale fell race. It is not just open to the Borrowdale competitors, anyone can enter. You can enter as an individual but they are urging teams of 4 to enter (4th riders time to count).
